• ピエゾ先端はうにうにしながら伸び縮みする
• ヒステリシスカーブは電源を入れて数時間程度で安定する
• 電源を入れた直後は電圧をかけて戻してもゼロ位置まで戻らない
• 電圧をかけるのを止めてもドリフトが移動量に対して1%程度は発生
• ドリフトは数分程度で収まる
• 電圧を一気に変化させると伸び縮みがバタつくので良くない
